1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Daily Tape, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Intellectual Property

The retro design, software, audio elements, and brand logos are the exclusive property of Daily Tape. You may not copy, modify, or decompile any part of the application.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store. Any requests for refunds must be directed to Apple Support according to their purchase terms.

4. Liability Limitation

Since Daily Tape stores your voice entries locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss caused by device damage, operating system updates, or accidental app deletion.
